Refunds for season ticket holders

At Northern we understand that the impact of the coronavirus means many people will not be able to travel, but may have already paid for a season ticket.

We are offering our customers who purchased an annual or monthly season ticket from Northern a refund in-line with standard policy.

For customers with weekly season tickets we are offering prefunds for unused portions in-line with standard policy.
